About TrailVidz
"What is the trail like?" "Will it test my skills?" "Do I have the right bike?"
Quite simply, TrailVidz provides video and picture reference material for the trails we've marked. There are about 755 off-tarmac sections on the UK's famous Euro trail alone. As of December 2024 we have video references for 74 trails.
TrailVidz aims to empower riders to go adventuring. Many riders assume it's going to be too tough or they are not skilled enough or have the "wrong" bike. Now you can judge for yourself with TrailVidz.
If it's a legal off-tarmac route, we want to capture it on camera. Our colour-coded map resource shows green routes which are off-tarmac trails with at least one visual reference uploaded. Just click the trail's camera icon to see links and pictures. We include What3Words locations for each trail's start/end point so you can plot your own navigation in between. Our black or red link lines are simply there to form a shape and differentiate between loops. Purple routes are byways we haven't filmed yet. Orange routes are Ordinance Survey byways and might be worth exploring but may not lead anywhere useful or link-up with public roads.
