Disclaimers - READ THIS FIRST

Before accessing any TrailVidz maps, please read this in full.

1. TrailVidz shows only publicly accessible legal byways and unclassified roads.
2. Legality of access can change and must be checked by individual riders, which can be done using county council Public Rights Of Way (PROW) maps, provided on county council webpages. See list of links at end of this list.
3. TrailVidz maps may contain errors and inaccuracies. It is reference material for entertainment purposes and not intended for navigation, or for legal reference regarding rights of way.
4. Navigation points are approximate and may contain errors.
5. The TrailVidz site cannot be considered secure and is not virus checked.
6. Your membership fee goes towards mapping, filming, travel and admin. Please do not illicitly distribute the map or access to the map. Membership can be revoked for allowing access to non-members.
7. Obey all posted signs. Just because the TrailVidz map appears to suggest a lane as a route, you may not be allowed to access the trail on that day or at all. TrailVidz should not be used to infer legality of access.
8. Don't stray off the trail, ride in woodland off the trail, or take detours across fields off the legal marked track.
9. These trails can be temporarily or permanently closed at short notice by local councils or by landowners. Watch for signs and posted Traffic Restriction Orders. These are often in place to protect the trail from degradation and to protect the environment e.g nesting birds.
10. TrailVidz allocates trails a difficulty grade purely as an indication of difficulty for a solo rider on a medium weight bike and should be used as a relative comparison to your own riding skill and chosen motorcycle. This information does not infer or imply any guarantee that any given individual will be able to navigate the featured trail without mishap.
11. Rural trails are rarely maintained and WILL contain hazards such as ruts, potholes, deep puddles, loose and dangerous surfaces and the occasional booby trap hazard deliberately placed by people who want to deter motorcyclists from the trails.
12. TrailVidz shall not have any liability for use of the maps for any reason.
13. Respect the environment. Respect residents who live near the trails. Respect other trail users by slowing down or stopping for walkers, horse riders and wild animals. Consider yourself an ambassador for motorcycling. Your behaviour affects the reputation of all other riders.
